Position Title: Retail Assistant

RETAIL ASSISTANT
Selling is hard, but challenging. You will find this job rewarding if you enjoy selling and helping people. You will work in a conducive environment with minimum supervision. And of course, this job requires that you be on your feet often.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide excellent customer service
- Be knowledgeable on the merchandise and go the extra mile in assisting customers
- Acknowledge customers and welcome them into the store, establishing their needs and offering advice
- To meet sales target set by management
- To keep work area clean and ensure all merchandise are attractively displayed
- To ensure all merchandise carry a price and security tag
- To restock merchandise and conduct regular stock check
- To assist in all other ways to the effective running of the store
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and at least one other language
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Well-groomed
- Customer oriented
- Willing to work retail hours, including on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to relocate to various retail branches
- Past experience in retail or customer service sector will be an added advantage
- Possess great passion and interest in music and movies
